🔥 What's Smoking/Cooking on your Pit Boss?

Picked up a 10 lbs. pork butt today and going to try it out on my Pit Boss Navigator PBV6M vertical pellet smoker on Friday. I have done them before, just not on this smoker. I’ll post pics as I go.
4 a.m. and pork butt has been injected and rub applied. Going into the smoker.

1st smoke of the season. Not much to get excited about (an $8 chicken), but man it tasted good!

Brined it overnight. Hit it this morning with a mix of oil, lemon juice and Szeged Chicken Rub.

300° until 165° and a 15 minute finish on High.
