Christmas dinner was outstanding. The 2-bone ribeye roast turned out excellent and surprisingly took only four hours. I rarely open up the sear plate. The Boy One said that I outdid myself. High praise, indeed! Forgot to take pics of the ham.

And the smoked cream cheese appetizer was delicious! 😋

Great smoke brother!! 💵🏆🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Merry Christmas everyone! I've been away for awhile. Had "surprise" triple bypass surgery about 3 months ago. On the mend and doing my first smoke back. Pork loin. Turned out great.

YUM! I like that cross hatching; I will do that on my next loin! I pray that you're healing up well, mrchicks.
Thanks @sparkyv. I love smoking a pork roast but I could never get any bark and keep it juicy at the same time. Always mushy. Saw someone doing it on youTube and thought I would try it. Very pleased with how it turned out.
