The Cajun Butter is really nice in Turkey. Really can't see it but there is a very pale, deep smoke line.

Gotta wait on the pie, stuffed.

No wrap, no lookie! Turned out good. Tender, smoky and juicy. I glazed the baby backs w/ Stubbs Sweet Heat for the family, and plain ole dry rub on the St. Louis racks for me.
