🔥 What's Smoking/Cooking on your Pit Boss?

So i dont really have a recipe. I always put bread crumbs, eggs, milk, bacon and cheese and sometimes onions and peppers in it. The seasoning always changes. Its one of those things that I make differently every time. This time I used cherry chunks in the drum and ran at 275 for an hour and a half. Then I brushed it with bbq sauce. Let it go for another half hour then added the cheese on top and let it go for another half hour. It was awesome!

Chilli for Halloween tomorrow night. I used the same recipe as my left over brisket chilli but used burger, sausage, bacon and pulled pork. Its on the smoker to get a kiss of smoke for a few hours.

Been awhile hope everyone is doing good. Figured I'd jump back on and share my latest mass of bacon, these two bellys made me 13 packs of about 15 slices each of bacon. A few left over scrapes and of course we ate some immediately lol

Wished I could find bellies like that! I've resorted to using pork butt/buckboard lately.
