Couldn't find burgers anywhere today! Strange. My daughter saw these brat patties and we are gonna try these out. Starting them off now on the smoke setting and will let it go for a bit before turning it up. Using my PB grill today instead of vertical smoker.

Did pizza for the first time. I moved one shelf above the other half way thru. What I failed to do was rotate 180 degrees. While not burned one side was more crispy. So next time I'll move racks and turn.
