Turned out tasty, but I went a little long on all of it, must do better. Prefer my burgers juuust slightly pink.
I’m starting a meatloaf in a couple of hours for supper.Happy Resurection Day!
Baby backs have been on for three hours. Ham goes on after. Not enough room on the Lexington for both simultaneously.

Really good looking ribs. Very nice color on them!!!!Ham's on now, and the ribs were well received. I'm learning that it's hard to screw up my cooks on the PB.

Next try Bacon Ribs. Maybe take the salt percent down a little from actual bacon, but do the same process. They're potent but fun to try. after their original smoke, just cut em into ribs and save them like bacon. you can pan fry or grill them to reheat.Sliced up today.
