Cooked a couple fillet mignon on the Pitt Boss this afternoon. This is the first time I’ve used the temp probe on something like this. Grill was set to 350*F and I flame broiled them one at a time then baked them to temp and topped with butter. Turned out perfect.

What??? We've got months and months to go down here before we start thinking about chili! Mine wasn't very good last time. 😕
I'll think I'll just make it in a pot like I've always done before.

I make the same as a pot recipe. I just smoke the meat and put it in the Chilli. Into a streamer pan and into the PB for several hours to cook it down. I was running hickory pellets.

Cooked a bunch chicken tenders all bunched up in a cage for the first time. I never had tenders that were so juicy. Mom wanted corn, zucchini and green peppers cooked over the broiler. Everything tasted great and the zucchini surprisingly tasty and juicy.

These cage thing-a-ma-bobs were definitely wonky but worked perfectly stuffed with chicken tenders or zucchini chunks.
