Ready to smoke!

Primed the hopper and did a grill burn off and now I am ready to smoke. Thinking of doing chicken breasts for my first smoke. Any suggestions are appreciated.
 
Set the temp to 300 and cook to the chicken hits 175 and they will be perfect.
