Should call this the Forever Brisket. Put it on last night at 7. Wrapped it at 7 this morning. Pulled it at 1 this afternoon. Rested it until 6 this evening. Finally, ate all we could.
Haven't cooked a lot of briskets. My brisket cooks are pretty much a surprise every time. Good surprise this time.
And STILL King of my backyard!
