Zucchini on the PB is so easy and delicious!

I forgot how good they are. 30 years ago I did big gardens with my mom and had great success. I mulched all our scrap food in the ground with piles of oak leaves from our trees, all the ashes from our fireplace along with a little lime with a tiller.

I got busy and stopped now I’m getting back into it again. Slowly but surely.

@JerryT we had 2 out of town family emergencies a couple days ago then almost hammered a large deer that seemingly fell from the sky on the way home from the er at 2am.

We had an out of town family emergency and had to leave it in the frig until Friday morning. Will throw it in smoker in the morning and will post results when finished.

Hope the family emergency turned out ok. Good thing you weren't in the middle of the cook, but I suppose you could pull it off, and restart after?

Never really thought about that kind of situation.

I didn’t foresee that night happening and the rest of the family stayed home to eat dinner. Fortunately all turned out well but the deer falling from the sky was eye opening.
