I just put 5 Cherry and 5 Cheddar brats on the Pit Boss. I am new to the pellet world so let me know if I am doing this wrong. Temp is set ay 225 degrees and I have a smoke tube going also. I set the P setting to 5, but that wont do much that I have seen so far. Shooting for 2 hours or so to reach 160-165 internal.
