🔥 What's Smoking/Cooking on your Pit Boss?

For Father’s Day smoking burgers instead of going out to eat. 5 people gets expensive and this is cheaper and probably better!

just finished up a 3 day brisket … day 1 season and trim day two cook to the stall then throw in fridge…day 3 finish cook . Best damn brisket I’ve ever made. Got the idea from a original blacks video

Looks tasty! I didn't know you could split the cook over 2 sessions. Gonna give that a try next time, so I don't need to get up at 1:00 AM to do the cook.

Exact same thing I said to myself. No more all night sessions and also really give the seasoning and smoke time to settle in. I'm sure someone can think of some downsides but it was the best tasting one I've ever made.
