with regard to the barrel pit boss pro series 1100, the 2 bigger wheels have a clear hard plastic around the wheels, should I remove that? Also if not when I move it it peels the paint off my patio, I think it's from the Florida heat...the two small wheels don't peel any paint off just the two bigger ones that have that clear plastic.

Mine is an older Pit Boss and doesn't have the rubber wheels and I wish I did. Personally I would leave them on.

But for some reason when I move its peeling the paint of my patio... no other grill I ever had did this.

I would take some WD-40 and spray some on a rag. Then wipe the rubber wheels now do not leave them soaked just wipe them down with a thin coat.
