1250 Platinum worked great. App and wifi works great. 24' smoke tube lasted 8+ hours. 15# choice Brisket turned out pretty good. Foil pan with some water kept everything clean. 8am to 10pm, 14hrs @275, then wrapped in pink butcher paper set in a foil pan and put in 220 degree oven overnight. When internal temp hit 203, shut off oven and let Brisket rest in the oven 4 hours. Sliced it up. Ate some and vacuum sealed the rest.
