Maybe an hour just under. For example 2 1/2 hrs into this today temp is set at 25 and the thing has steadily climbed from 234 to now 267. There has to be an issue with the electronics. If not the thing is just scrap metal

How bout taking it back and swap it out if it’s under warranty

Give them a call and find a buddy with a trailer and take it back
