I recently purchased the PB1100PCS2 and am looking to update or change out the controller. The 25 and 50-degree jumps are really throwing off some of the cooks that I am interested in doing. I saw a few posts about competitive controllers that may work but I really do not know. I spoke with PitBoss customer service and they really didn't have any suggestions. I was wondering if there was a fix out there that I am just missing. Thanks
