Thanks Dave. I am a 79 year old geezer with a longtime passion for cooking barbeque. I'm kinda limited now because of chronic back pain.
I have a WSM smoker, I've cooked many times on and have great barbeque experiences. Have a 22 inch Weber kettle and a Blackstone griddle also.

Very cool jerryp3! I've heard good things about the WSM smokers but have never had one. I too have a Blackstone in my arsenal. Love griddle cooking almost as much as pellet smoking.
