New Guy with a new Pit Boss

Before I went all smokin pecan.
I used the cheapest good burning pellet I could find. Not just the cheapest.
Then stuffed tube with my flavor of choice wood pellet and wood chips mixed.

I am a senior/semi retired guy. Been grilling and smoking for years. I just thought I would try and combine the two into one. Looks like I have a lot to learn and hope this forum will educate me on the process. I just purchased the Pit Boss PB700FB2 today. It will probably sit in the box for a few days until I can assemble it and do the burn off. I am excited to see how it works....
