Yep, I tried that. Does the display show what setting you are in or do you guess? If I long press it changes F to C. But quick press I see nothing change on the display. I tried it at 150f and 350 f.

Welcome from central CA coast. I bought a new PB850DX from Lowe’s in Feb of 26, after asking here it was determined mine doesn’t have the “P code” setting. I had (perhaps incorrectly) assumed that newer PB smokers no longer had the P code settings. My OM didn’t have anything on P Code settings either…

My controller I have to turn the temp below 185, think the display says low, then the "p" button. Moves it p0-7.
