OK got through my pellet jam and I posted a picture of the tool I used below. Pretty simple and quick, I think it's more effective at chipping away than a regular screwdriver. I'm stuck on a scooter so it's kind of what was available in the garage. I had an old copper pipe and actually it worked surprisingly good (but the cut on the pipe with my tint snips looks like crap!)
I can also verify now that there's no guide vanes or anything for the auger screw inside the tube - just a straight shot. Amazon's due to deliver my stainless steel bottle brush, 50 inches long, so I can ream out the auger tube soon. Might have to cut down the bristles a bit but I can do that.

One of the problems / issues that sometimes occurs when you're in the hopper is trying to disassemble these damn electrical connectors. There's so little room for your hands and the connectors are small and kind of a pain in the ass. In the case of the Titan, you're looking in from the outside of the hopper box through a small rectangular slot where the end handle is normally mounted on the side of the hopper box. This issue is faced by all PB owners anytime you want to remove the hopper entirely.
A really easy way that I wanted to share is using two common razor knife blades as shown in the pictures. Just slip one on each side of the connector, up between the big and the small (male / female) connector such that the tip of the blade pushes down that release lever built into the connector to split it. (See pic with arrow showing where to slip it in. It's quick, simple and really works like a charm. Remember that there is a release mechanism on each side of the connector. Insert one blade first, then flip it over and slip the second one in, wiggle, pull and they'll come apart.
Just remember to initially push, not pull, the 2 halves of of the connector together before doing this to release any pressure / tension that might be present between the male / female halves.
For the Titan owners out there I guess I've come far enough here jacking around with this thing, I'm far enough into it that I'm probably gonna go ahead and just push through and figure out how to get the whole hopper box off in it's entirety so there's good,complete documentation for us.

Making your own hole saw from a piece of pipe is pretty damn good idea too.
