First cook for my 42nd Birthday a few weeks ago! Got some Ribs, Chicken thighs and Bacon wrapped Chicken legs. So much more room than my old GMG smoker. Cooking a pork loin later today!

Question, how do you cook so many different meats at the same time? Is there not different temps and times for each meat?

I didn't have any issues. I cooked the ribs at 230 and threw the chicken on when I had about 2 hours left. Towards the end I turned the temp up to 350 to finish off the chicken and caramelize the sauce.
