First cook for my 42nd Birthday a few weeks ago! Got some Ribs, Chicken thighs and Bacon wrapped Chicken legs. So much more room than my old GMG smoker. Cooking a pork loin later today!

I didn't have any issues. I cooked the ribs at 230 and threw the chicken on when I had about 2 hours left. Towards the end I turned the temp up to 350 to finish off the chicken and caramelize the sauce.Question, how do you cook so many different meats at the same time? Is there not different temps and times for each meat?
