Hi All,
I wanted to know which pallets are great for heavy smoke? Any info will be helpful. Thanks!

every ones has there opinion I like the hickory for good smoke flavor but all meat are different and it depends on what your smoking fruit wood for fish is a rule and then it go's to preference of wood choice for flavor in meats

Howdy!
There’s a lot of differing opinion on pellets and smoke flavor but I’d have to agree with what mixed up said.

Hickory pellets and using a smoke tube/tubes I would say would be for a heavy smoke flavor.

I love Lumberjack, but it seems like Kingsford hickory is getting some love around here. I want to try some but have about 8 bags of compulsive buying to get through first... :cautious:

No Dicks in the GA mountains??? Wait, what I meant was...
Lmao! Nope not one around here say close to 50 miles.
But If they do carry em I know of a couple. Both probably 50 miles or so from where we’re at. I’ll check their inventory online and phone maybe. I’d drive it to try em.
actually my wife will drive me. Everyone anywhere around here in the medical profession appreciates I don’t get behind the wheel too much. Lol.
Seriously thanks for the info. Sitting here trying to figger the best way of telling my wife ‘Hey let’s go check out Dick’s’
And kinda wondering how fast she’s out of the chair and behind the wheel. 😳
