What wireless temp probe(s) to buy?

Meatsticks for me too, and they run sales pretty often. I have 2 of their older "4X" sticks that read internal temps really well, but I don't trust the ambient readings they give. No big deal because my 1600 PSE holds pit temps rock steady, so I don't need help with that. I also just bought one of their newer "V Prime" sticks, but haven't had a chance to try it yet. Supposed to be even more accurate, and better ability to withstand high ambients. Good luck with whatever you end up getting though, the main thing is you're gonna love the wireless capability!
