Had a fan problem and went to customer service yesterday. Bottom right conner of page was a chat icon. All worked great. Today I have more information and I went back online and the chat icon is nowhere to be found. In its place was a strange blue icon for screen options. What is going on?
What happen to Pit Boss chat option?
