What’s your favorite accessories?

I just got my Pit Boss Pellet grill a couple days ago and just finished my first cook (brisket) on it. I would love to hear everyone’s must have accessories for grilling and smoking with their Pit Boss!

Looks awesome! I like to use the Amazen pellet tube for more smoke. But last weekend I made the mistake of putting in directly under the pork shoulder and the fat cap started dripping on it. Next time I will adjust it so it isn't under what I am smoking but the Series 3 (Copperhead) doesn't have a lot of room, 15X12 grate. Almost wish I would've gotten the Series 5 as it is a bit bigger.

Pit Boss has a great tool set that is heavy duty and well made. It looks great with your grill as well.

I picked this up at Walmart a few weeks ago. Spatula will even pick up a Boston Butt!

I bought a pair (not those but the ones I ordered are no longer in stock) and got free claws with them for pulling pork.

I purchased those as well when I bought my grill from Pit Boss website. let me know about those gloves the china clones are not as good or if you wash them they are useless.

Yeah, the gloves I bought were from China. They seem to work OK but I haven't washed them yet, haven't gotten them dirty but I don't touch the meat with them. Don't know of any that are made in USA.

There are better brands that are made in China that are better quality, but they do not offer them in pairs just a single glove. The ones on Amazon are like china rip offs or clones they say, but at least you get a pair.

My must have accessory was an instant read thermometer. That being a no brainer a good knife set (5 star cutlery) it’s one of those never have to sharpen as seen on TV but I fell in love with the filet knife and it’s cleaned many a fish and trims brisket well also.
