I purchased because of warranty. What i did not know was there is no factory parts for replacement. And fix maybe is throwing parts at it and hoping one works. This is a shoddy product with no factory support. Purchased 06-20-20 Five weeks waiting for parts. Lots of money invested for a deck ornament.

Unfortunately we have this issue of Covid-19 and unfortunately these grills are made in China. Therefore causing quality issues due to factory shut downs and trying to catch up and top of that PB has shortage of replacement parts.

Not my problem Pit Boss Took my monies and promised through warranty to stand behind product. Everybody is having problems jobs lost, investments gone and you expect the consumer to lose their money while company owners make excuses fail to honor their word. If you cant as a company make good on warranty then refund monies.

I've got nothing good to say about Pit Boss. Buyer Beware! I purchased a Pit Boss Pellet/Gas Combo Grill on 09/27/2020 from Menardes. It came already assembled. First time I went to use the gas side, the middle knob on the gas burner would not turn off. Called and opened a warranty request. After several weeks, I received the wrong part. Pit Boss sent the valve and hose that goes from the propane tank to what I call the gas manifold with the 3 knobs / valves. I have called 8 times since November 16 to try and get the correct part. Each time it was a different agent. Each one said it was a special part not in the system and their supervisor would have to manually order it. He never did. After several more phone calls, on December 14 I received a voice message and an email from "Cody" saying he had "asked for an update on your part from our team and will make sure you are updated once I hear back." He never did. Left town for the holidays. When I returned there was no part that had been mailed. Emailed Cody for an update. His reply "Can you please provide a photo of the part you're needing? I want to make sure we have a clear understanding on what part we're referring to. Is it the gas cylinder wire retainer?" Worst customer service I've experienced in a long while. Going to Menardes tomorrow to see if I can return the grill for store credit and get another brand. Am letting everyone I know to stay clear of Pit Boss.

Worst girll- I purchased the Austin XL in May 2019 and it has caught fire several times, and then shuts off. Worst grill ever and honeslty unsafe product to have we are afraid to even light the grill anymore since it is on our patio due to fire concerns. Attempted calling customer service can't get anyone to answer the phone. Bad/unsafe product - no customer service. The product less then 6 months old and has never worked right. Don't buy one!!
