Hi,
I recently purchased the Pit Boss Navigator 3-Series WiFi & Bluetooth Wood Pellet Vertical Smoker with LCD Digital Controller, 1,118-Sq. In. 5-Rack Cooking Space
The smoker get's plenty hot, but I hardly get any smoke. I've tried 3 different pellet types, and even cooked for the duration at 180 degrees, but the fan seems to be blowing too much air and I get no ring of smoke on any meat and the smoke flavor is very, very mild. AI is suggesting I reduce the number of exhaust ports on the burn pot by plugging with aluminum foil.
Any other recommendations?
