I had 4 pork shoulders in the freezer, when put in the refrigerator to thaw someone left the door open. The garage was 90+ degrees when I found out but the meat was around 65. I smoked two of them and they were fine. The other two I froze again, should I toss them? Put them in the smoker frozen? Thaw them and smoke them?
