  • Smoking 10 turkeys today at the Chophouse here in Chapin, SC where I work! I bought a Meater + temp spike just for this cook. Our smoker is a rotisserie style wood fired smoker. The Meater signal is very strong, I was worried that it would not read through the smoker walls!
    Taking my Pit Boss PBV5 COMP to Delaware tomorrow. Going to visit mom and friends. I'll smoke them a brisket and a couple butts!
