Started at 5am. 3 cookers going. 2 hams on the pitboss running at 250 with Bear mountain gourmet blend pellets and pecan in the smoke tube. 2 butts are in the gravity at 250 with lump charcoal and cherry splits. And on the offset there are 2 more butts bathing in cherry at about 250. Its going to be a day!

Oh yeah 2 racks of ribs later!

You gonna pull the hams?

Feeding an army? That's alot of food.

Yes i am pulling the hams, thats my favorite way to do ham now. Everything is being vac sealed and frozen. The ham is for our freezer and the butts are for my nieces celebration of life in a few weeks.
