Started at 5am. 3 cookers going. 2 hams on the pitboss running at 250 with Bear mountain gourmet blend pellets and pecan in the smoke tube. 2 butts are in the gravity at 250 with lump charcoal and cherry splits. And on the offset there are 2 more butts bathing in cherry at about 250. Its going to be a day!
Oh yeah 2 racks of ribs later!
