Smoke tube

Got my new smoke tube in the mail just now and I’m a happy man!
I plan on cutting a whole chicken in half at the breast side, rub it down and smoke it. I’ll post pictures when I’m done. Hopefully this rain will let up so I can get out there.in luck it stopped and won’t be back till this evening

For sure!
Was using oak wood on on smoker since I was a teenager. I’ll never go back. Chicken had a great smoke flavor and was very juicy.

I like the open end. Let that burn for a couple minutes and then set it in the the smoker with the open and taped up a little bit. The fire will burn down through the tube and give you about 4 to 5 hours worth of smoke.
