Here’s the money muscle and tubes end of a pork butt I smoked on my Austin. Sliced and piled on a home baked bun, slaw and sauced with Blues Hog cut with Sonnys Sweet. This is a very rich and succulent piece of pork that rivals tenderloin and belly for “ high on the Hog” eatin’. Thanks for looking.
