Using KOSMOS Cow Cover on some ribs. Smoking with a smoke tube at 250. Using the the 3-2-1 method. Wrapping with tabs of butter and some light KOSMOS Cow Cover And a touch of brown sugar. Then glazing with KOSMOS Original BBQ sauce. Let’s see how they turn out. Taste test later

I have to try Kosmos as I keep saying it so I might have to buy some.
 
Pretty good rib flavor. Slightly smoky with a little spice and chili powder flavor. I could taste a bit of sweetness also. The flavor profile was really good and the light glaze of the BBQ sauce was a good compliment to the meat. I would definitely do this again
