I was experiencing random errors and it wouldn't maintain temps so I bought a control panel from Pit Boss to try and fix it. 4 control panels and 2 igniters later is back up and running but now the Bluetooth wifi won't work. That's why I bought the smoker to begin with, it's important to me at the house. So after multiple phone calls they've told me they can't help and that was far as they're concerned it's working fine. They've said there's not a strong enough signal for it to update, I moved the router so it was literally sitting on the hopper and they say that not their problem. The old controller connects right away but they didn't want to hear it and said quit calling for that issue.
I bought a Reqtec Flagship that works like it's supposed to and I'm selling this one for $300. Sucks because this thing worked great for me up until I bought new parts from them.
