Was making a batch of pickled quail eggs and had some extra eggs of the chicken variety so i smoked them
Even pickled some of the smoked ones along with all the other pickled eggs and peppers i made.
I had already cooked the eggs so i peeled them and tented them with just smoke from one of the tubes. Worked great.
Now putting 6 lbs of elk
jerky on to smoke
