Pitboss austin xl onyx edition auger not spinning

So like the title say the auger stop working and ive looked everywhere to try and find videos on this specific model on how to remove the auger to check for jams and such but i cant find anything so i guess now im here to see if you guys have video links or something to help me out cause its farthers day and id actually like to grill some steaks

Empty the hopper
Pull the bottom plate off
Pull the pin linkin the motor from the auger
You can use a pipe wrench or vise grips to rotate and pull the auger out
Get any excess pellets out and then put it back together and test it
