Hello everyone. My name is Bill and I’m from Texas. I’ve been researching Pellet grills for about the past two. I think I’ve seen them all. I’m excited to get started cooking on this thing.

Hey guys, I'm looking at purchasing the Pit Boss Pro Series Pellet Grill and I'm torn between the 850 and 1150. With only a $100 difference, I thought the bigger one may be worth it, but really don't know if I would use the extra space or not. Anyone have any thoughts as to why one would be better than the other? Seems like I had read the 850 did not have the ash management clean out system. Also, didn't know if the 1150 would take much longer to heat up compared to 850 model. Thanks!
