dumb question here,
does anyone know how to order Pit Boss parts?
I have been all over their website and cannot find the part I want or any way to search or order parts.
anyone aware of a parts line for them?
I need a part from a 820 for my 850

yeah, I've tried, still waiting for a call back.
the customer service line on their website is out of service.
got a new Pit Boss number from flame tech and still waiting for a call back.
disappointing, I just want to buy a part, spend some of my money for their merchandise, very difficult to do.
