Mine came without the brackets for the grease pan underneath. Have been on order for 4 months, nothing but promises so far. They are in back order, probably a slow boat from China.

I feel your pain! I've been waiting for the lid gasket for my 1600 since early February. Called again the other day and the said it won't be in until July. They did send me a bag if competition blend pellets for my troubles..........
