I just got the PB700SC for Father's Day, Excited to get started. I know I have to prime the hopper and do a grill burn-off but it has been raining here but I have patience, Any suggestions are welcomed.

Welcome to the forum and be patient with it and take the time to learn the grill and how it cooks. Follow the instructions very close and do not get obsessed with the P settings.
