Hello All,
Look forward to learning alot. Had my first cook on my new 850 DX yesterday. We smoked a boston butt low and slow. Though I believe I placed the MPC probe further into the roast then I should have. The probe was reading hotter than my stand alone probe did after 14 hours of cooktime. Net result was a fantastic smoked butt. I used Bear Mountain Apple Wood pellets low and slow !!
