Greetings from the rainshadow of Olympic National Park,
I'm anxiously awaiting the delivery of my new PB Platinum Laredo arriving next week (after T-day) and looking forward to 'practicing' the fine art of pellet grills.
I've been a Weber guy forever and have an older, inexpensive off-set wood burner that I've had occasional success with. We also have a Blackstone griddle we carry on the motorhome.
I've already learned much from this group and look forward to more.
My 'handle' is a spin off from my RV forums screen name of SeymourToulaine and my boating forums SeymourFlatwater.
