Got a PBV3M on June 15th. I had used it three times prior to yesterday when things didn't go so well.... Yesterday at noon, I put a 9# pork shoulder on. Cooking at 225* with a desired probe temp of 165*. At midnight I pulled it and wrapped it in paper. Temp was 160* then. Continued at 225* until six this morning and only climbed to 170*. The whole time the smoker was going, the auger was making loud noise. ( called customer care without any positive response). Will tear auger apart next week to look for issues.

Welcome from Texas to the group!!
Hate to hear you’re having issues.
What pellets are you using?
Some brands aren’t that good as some of the pellets are longer than the rest and causes clogs. I use bear mountain pecan pellets and never have any issues
Let me know what you find 🇺🇸🇺🇸
