Hi All,

I'm a lifer gas griller with a Weber. The Weber is finally rusting out and I wheeled it to the curb tonight for the trash pickup in the morning.

I bought a Pit Boss 850 DX and am looking forward to the new experience. Definitely feel like a newbie to pellet grills.

I was leaning towards replacing the Weber with a Blackstone griddle. I opted for the Pit Boss thinking I can get a griddle plate add-on. I'll be going through the forums here to learn what I can and hopefully learn to use the pellet grill for more than just basic grilling.
