New control board auger not working

The knob on my 1000 broke off so pit boss sent me a new control board. After installing it everything comes on but the auger. Even pushing the prime button does nothing. No sound like it’s trying or anything. We never had any problems with the auger before swapping out the board. I’ve checked all the connections. Everything is tight & connected correctly. I’m thinking the control board they sent me is bad. Any other ideas?

It's very possible they sent a bad board. I would give them a call and see if they can troubleshoot.
