Bought in July, used a few times, going low and slow, barely getting any smoke flavor, tried 3 types of pellets, all with the same result. Tried Tri-Tip and pork.
Is there some known issue with PBV3M and air flow? Seems the fan is blowing really hard causing the pellets to burn quickly and hot instead of smoldering.
Temp seems correct but no smoke ring even after several hours of cooking.
AI indicates I should cover some of the holes in the burn pot or slow the fan down (somehow...). Any suggestions?
