My Grill Is Learning?

So I did a couple large chickens and my grill is 'learning' to work better.
I'm better smoke and control, don't know if it's the Weber smokefire grillmaster blend or what but I have no complaints about today's cook.
The pans were just for serving, cooked the birds at smoke 2 hrs. and then 350 to finish to temp. Spritzing w/aj and rotating sides. 5 hrs. total

LOL..you almost had me there. Changing pellets will make a difference in cooks that for sure. How is the weber pellets?

I liked those Weber Grill Master Blend
I think they were a little smokier and mellow. I also used cherry chips in a tube. The birds looked beautiful and the skin was like bacon.
