More rust...

I had some on the front this spring.

Now I have more on the side. Appears to be coming from the inside.

It has been dry, hot and very low humidity.

I had some on mine and sanded it. Then used high heat (grill) spray paint and it seemed to do the trick.

I'm curious what is causing this.
