Low Flame on Gas Grill (PB1100PSC2)

Is the gas supply pips ( where it inserts to the burner supply pipe ) positioned properly. ? Perhaps it is either not far enough in or the opposite, is there a sleeve that moves and allows more or less air to mix with the LP Gas ? If not enough O2 I could see it not burning efficiently ( less heat ) . As some have mentioned mine easily gets to 500F

We are gonna replace the regulator and see if that is it. It's new but still may be defective. The other item that we are planning to look at is the gas line that connects to the burners.
Did that last year. Going to clean the burner tubes today and see how it goes

I could not get grill over 220°. Pulled out the burner tubes, cranked gas but didn’t hear any.

Tried to mess with regulator and still nothing.
Lighbulb came on: try side burner. That had full flame.

Put it all back together and grill shot up to 550° in a minute or two. Must have knocked a blockage out of the way.
